Who we are

Resolved Systems is a business name of Civora Pty Ltd (ABN 95 696 574 311), Western Australia. Contact: founders@resolvedplan.com.

What we collect

When you ask for a walkthrough: your name, role, council and work email, and, if you choose, what your officers assess most. If you email us: your address and what you write. This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To arrange a walkthrough and follow up with you about Resolved. We don’t use your details for anything else, and we don’t sell them or share them for marketing.

If you’d rather not

We need your name, role, council and email to arrange a time. You can email us instead.

Who sees it

Our team. Our providers handle it on our behalf: Google (email and storage), Porkbun (forwards email sent to our address) and Cloudflare (hosts this site and runs the form’s spam check, which processes your IP address and browser details). They may store or process it outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long

We delete your details 2 years after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.

Access, correction and complaints

To see, correct or delete your details, or to raise a concern, email founders@resolvedplan.com. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
